We have an in-house quality inspector who carefully reviews each batch of bedding before, during, and after production to ensure it meets our high standards.

Every product goes through multiple tests designed to protect both comfort and durability. Here are some of them:

• Rub Test – Fabric is rubbed repeatedly to check its resistance to wear and abrasion, ensuring it won’t thin or tear easily.

• Color Shade Test – The fabric is inspected under different lighting to confirm consistent, even color across every piece.

• Smell Check – Sheets are checked to ensure there are no chemical or unpleasant odors, keeping them fresh and safe for sensitive sleepers.

• Seaming Strength Check – Seams are tested for durability to make sure stitching holds up well through use and washing.

• Density of Stitches Check – Stitching is examined to confirm it’s tight and balanced, preventing gaps or unraveling.
