How do I make a return?

I purchased via Amazon, how do I return?

Good news!. We give the same 30 day 'at home' trial for Amazon customers, as we do for our own. The return process is slightly different. On Amazon.com, go to the Accounts & Lists drop down menu in the top righthand corner of your screen. Click on 'Y

Do I have to return the products to get a refund?

In most cases, Yes. We ask that our products are returned, so our staff can inspect them and determine if they are suitable for restocking or donating. We only restock products that are in original packaging and have not been used at all.

When will I receive my refund?

Your refund will be processed to your account as soon as the products are received back at our warehouse and checked in to our returns warehouse. This can take up to 10 working days after products checked in and inspected.

Can I exchange my products?
