What does Olive + Crate’s Lifetime Warranty cover?Updated a day ago

We stand behind the quality of our products, always. That’s why every Olive + Crate bedding item comes with a Limited Warranty covering manufacturing defects. If your product arrives with issues such as fabric flaws, faulty stitching, seam separation, poor dyeing, or hardware failures (like snap locks or buttons), we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

While our bedding is made to last, certain things fall outside the warranty:

Natural wear and tear from regular use or washing
Fading from sunlight or rough handling
Stains, burns, spills, cuts, or moisture damage
Damage caused by pets, children, pests, or unsafe environments
Issues from improper assembly, unauthorized modifications, or transport after delivery
Loss of loft or softness from long-term use
Purchases made from unauthorized resellers

Need to make a claim?

Simply email us at [email protected] with the following:

Purchase receipt
Photo of the issue
Photo of label with the batch number
Provide shipping address
Product and color that needs warranty claim (e.g. fitted sheet, duvet cover, pillowcase and Taupe or Cacao as per your order)

We’ll review it and, if it qualifies, arrange a refund or replacement at no shipping cost to you. Your replacement will be covered by the same Lifetime Limited Warranty.
