What happens if I accidentally enter an incorrect address?Updated 5 hours ago
If your order has not been dispatched from the fulfilment centre, then we can cancel the order. Standard (free shipping) orders are dispatched within 1 - 3 days and Expedited orders are dispatched within 24 hours, so it is important to act quickly.

Once an order has been dispatched from the fulfilment centre, it is in the hands of the courier company. Unfortunately, we WILL NOT be able to reimburse or refund orders due to non delivery as a result of incorrect address details being entered by the customer.
